2010 Super Sixty Field Hockey Collegiate Development Camp

SUPER SIXTY COLLEGIATE DEVELOPMENT CAMP

JULY 7-10                         AUGUST 4-7

ALL FIELD SESSIONS ON OUR
AIR-CONDITIONED INDOOR TURF

12 NCAA coaches will be at camp ALL WEEK
Enrollment limited to 60 players  -  6 teams
(enrollment is first come/first serve as per NCAA regulations)
  1. Small groups - maximum touches
  2. Each team has 4 practices and 6 games (7 v 7)
  3. Every player will be coached by every visiting college coach for at least one game and one practice. 
  4. Daily college level Video Review w/ coaches            

Our mission is to ensure that all participants receive a premier camp experience based on a creative curriculum and an energetic and knowledgeable staff. Our coaching staff consists of some of the most successful college coaches in the country. Campers will be exposed to the most recent coaching styles and strategies, all while playing on our premier artificial playing surface.

Maximum exposure to D-I & D-III college coaches!

Coaches will best understand your abilities, character and work ethic when they are on the field and coaching games with you.

5 to 1 camper/coach ratio!!

No refunds on enrollments after June 1. Before June 1, a $50 administration fee will be charged.

At the Super Sixty Collegiate Development Camp, you will:
• Understand the athlete-college application process.
• Train with college coaches and understand what they expect during practices and games.
• Work with 12 different college coaches.
• Understand the physical fitness requirements to play college field hockey.

Daily seminars by college coaches covering topics such as:
• the college application process.
• what you can do to improve your chances of achieving your goals.
• finding the competitive edge-mental and physical toughness.
• what college coaches look for in players.
• NCAA Clearinghouse.

Daily Fitness seminars by college level trainers:
• Seasonal training programs and how to best achieve your goals.
• How to maximize your strength training program-fitness & nutrition
• Field hockey-specific exercises.

Specialized goaltender instruction each practice by collegiate goaltender coaches

Camp begins Wednesday afternoon, July 7

Check-in is 11am-1pm on Wednesday, July 7th at Princeton Sports Center.
Camp ends Saturday, July 10 around 1 pm. Please book return flights for 4pm and later on Saturday, July 10.

*Campers may fly in or arrive Tuesday afternoon or evening and stay overnight in their rooms for an additional fee of $60. Saturday breakfast is included.

AUGUST 4-7 CAMP

Airport pickup and delivery is available for a fee. Please book flights into Newark International Airport.  Arrangement for pickup and drop off can be requested on the camper information forms e-mailed upon registration.

MEALS
We understand the caloric and dietary needs of hockey players in training and will supply full nutritious meals and snacks several times each day. Water and Powerade are supplied at all on-ice/off-ice training sessions.

HOUSING
All campers are housed in groups of 4 in 2 bedroom/2 bath suites. Transportation between the hotel and the rink will be provided. Room-mate requests can be made on the camper information form e-mailed upon registration.
